LTD "VIZMO STUDIJA" is a studio of natural environment aesthetics and well-being in the center of Riga, Baznīcas Street 34. It is a safe space where you can use a science-based approach to reduce daily stress, prevent burnout, and regain mental energy. Lessons are based on the unique NATURAL Algorithmic METHOD( NATURE Algorithms METHOD®; ) .

Main activities:

• Stress reduction and micro-breaks: Practical lessons for adults( especially for working and busy women) . Neuroscience proves that the body reacts to stress first - even before the brain is aware of the threat. That's why we teach people to practically apply micro-pauses to notice body signals in time and prevent exhaustion;
• NATURE AlgorithmsMETHOD®; : An officially registered method that uses natural laws, exercises and materials as a basis for restoring well-being and inner balance;
• Face-to-face experience and privacy: Classes take place in person in the center of Riga - in an aesthetic environment and in small groups, ensuring undivided attention and peace for each participant;
• Classes for families: Educational lesson cycles for children and parents to promote trust, understanding and emotional well-being in the family.

• Introduction lesson: Individualized first meeting to get to know the unique method, sensory experience, and studio atmosphere in person and in a safe environment;
• Cycle of lessons The path to inner balance: from tension to peace: An in-depth 16-hour program in a closed group. Stress regulation, micro-pauses, and mental energy restoration based on sensory experience and natural elements in a completely peaceful and safe environment;
• Rainbow Cycle for Kids: Creative self-expression and nature studies for little explorers that help promote emotional well-being in a friendly way;
• Rainbow Cycle for Families: Special togetherness classes for parents and children to strengthen bonds and understanding;
