"UPTK", Ltd., is a construction company in Latvia, operating in the industry since 1992. annual. We are able to help the client from idea and project development to commissioning of the facility. We specialize in three areas:: in construction, building materials production and electrical goods sales, so we can provide our customers with a complete and coordinated solution in one place.

Our main activity is general contracting and a full range of construction and assembly works. The team consists of qualified industry specialists, which allows us to provide a professional approach in both the private and commercial sectors.

We have implemented projects in Latvia, Scandinavia and other parts of the world.

• Construction - concreting works, assembly of reinforced concrete and metal structures, construction and repair of roofs, installation of electrical supply and communication systems, improvement works;
• General contracting - we have successfully completed several significant projects, includingLOC football hall in Liepaja,Water terminals in Liepaja, Kalpaka Street 117,for which we also won the Latvian Construction Award of the Year 2024;
• Construction materials production - we offer monolithic expanded clay concrete blocks, as well as concrete paving stones and curbs;
• Electrical goods sales - in our in-person store in Liepāja, Ezermalas Street 3a, you will find everything from cables to switches and lighting fixtures, as well as consultations from industry specialists.
