"Vegetables in Full Force" creator Baiba's experience: My story with vegetable processing began 17 years ago when I married into a farming family. My husband's parents grew vegetables, but my husband and I decided to add value to these vegetables. What saved me was what I had in me since childhood - the economic spirit I inherited from my grandmother, and my love of cooking. I wasn't afraid to experiment, make mistakes, and search for flavors until I found the right one. Over the years, I have gained deep experience in processing vegetables - marinating, pickling, salting, and more.

To understand the agricultural industry even better, smarter, and more correctly, I got an education and graduated as an agronomist in Saulainen.
