The rental fee for the premises is determined depending on the selected floor. The rent for premises on the first floor is 6 euros per square meter per month, on the second and third floors - 5 euros per square meter per month, while on the fourth floor - 4 euros per square meter per month. In addition to the rental fee, a management fee of 3.60 euros per square meter per month is applied. All specified space rental and management costs are subject to 21% value added tax.
The area also provides ample parking facilities. The monthly parking fee is 30 euros for a car, 60 euros for a bus and 90 euros for a truck. The parking fee is also subject to an additional VAT of 21%.
