Psychological and psychotherapy services:

The practice offers individual psychological consultations and long-term psychotherapy for adults, couples counseling and psychotherapy for children from 8 years of age. Sand play therapy is used in working with children, which allows them to express experiences that are still difficult to put into words.

Psychotherapy helps both in situational difficulties and life crises, and in cases where problems are deeply rooted in the personality and interfere with everyday life: in communication, relationships, work and studies. The most common reasons for seeking help are anxiety, depression, depressed mood, psychosomatic symptoms, and recurring relationship difficulties.

During the therapy process, the causes of difficulties are sought and both internal conflicts and personal resources are identified. Working together with a therapist, they are understood, processed and gradually integrated into the personality. It is self-exploration and self-discovery that brings not only symptom relief, but also lasting change.

We perform podometry and foot diagnostics to accurately assess the condition of the feet and make individually tailored orthopedic insoles. We also offer orthoses, medical corsets, compression stockings, orthopedic shoes and other solutions for various movement disorders.
